In<\/span> previous articles mentioned the pair of lover gods Aphrodite and Mars as well the colors that correspond to them (green – red) and their mating, making them parents of Harmony.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

R<\/span>ed and green colors, with their mating, reveal that they are matching well together, complementing one another. They are "complementary" colors, and they are not the only ones. Supplementary colors are also blue with orange and yellow with violet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Each pair is formed of a basic and a derivative color.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So what does ‘complementary color’ mean?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To answer this question, we first need to know what is basic color and what derivative.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
